Give climbing houseplants a defined vertical path with Rootspire. The open diamond lattice can hold sphagnum moss close to aerial roots while leaving the growing surface visible. Choose the lattice height, diameter with matching mount, and color in the menus. MOSS NOT INCLUDED Sphagnum moss shown inside the lattice in photos is for display only and is not included with the support. The selected height is the assembled lattice above the spike or flat base, before planting. Each joined lattice section adds 9.0 in of height; the selected height arrives as matching threaded sections with a finished top cap. Visible height above soil depends on planting depth. Connect the sections securely before use. The ground spike is intended for placement in an existing planted pot or garden soil. The flat planter base has a broad, slotted circular foot intended to sit beneath potting mix in a planter for lateral stability. Each diameter has its own matching spike and flat base. Only the mounting base selected in the menu is included. SIZE & FIT The two pole outside diameters are approximately 2.0 in and 3.9 in. The narrower flat base has an approximately 3.3 in footprint and a 3.8 in component height; its matching ground spike is approximately 4.9 in long. The wider flat base has an approximately 6.4 in footprint and a 7.3 in component height; its matching ground spike is approximately 9.4 in long. These are component measurements, not insertion depths. Check your pot's internal width and depth before ordering. At lattice heights of 36.0 in and taller, add auxiliary support suited to your planter and plant. A mounting base alone should not be relied upon to stabilize a tall pole, especially as the plant grows. The maximum selectable lattice height is 72.0 in. COLOR CHOICES Select a curated color from the Color menu, or choose "Specialty: see chart" to request any other color shown in the complete color swatch photo. For specialty colors, enter the exact swatch color name in the optional Custom color request box. Suitable for pothos, philodendrons, monsteras, orchids, and other climbing plants.
