From discovery to delivery
- Explore on Shop G&G. Search the full catalog, browse a specialty shop, open a curated collection, or use the gift finder.
- Review the product. Product pages show the information currently available from the corresponding Etsy listing, including price, sale status, options, and personalization requirements when applicable.
- Continue to Etsy. Select the purchase button to open that product in its Etsy shop. Choose all options, enter personalization, and confirm the latest price, processing time, shipping estimate, and shop policies there.
- Check out on Etsy. Etsy processes payment and provides the order confirmation. Shop G&G does not operate a cart, accept payment, or collect card information.
- Follow the order on Etsy. Order messages, updates, tracking, cancellations, returns, and other post-purchase support are handled through the Etsy account and Etsy shop used for the order.
Shopping across multiple stores? Each of the seven stores is a separate Etsy shop. Items from different shops may require separate Etsy orders and may have different processing, shipping, cancellation, and return terms.
Prices, availability, and policies
Shop G&G keeps its catalog synchronized with Etsy, but product details can change. The information shown on Etsy at checkout is the final and controlling information for the purchase.
Each seller sets the policies displayed in its Etsy shop and listing. Review those terms before ordering, especially for personalized or made-to-order products. Etsy's applicable buyer policies and protections also govern purchases completed through its platform.

For a question before purchase, select the product's Etsy link and contact the shop shown on the listing. For an existing order, sign in to Etsy and message the seller from the order receipt so the shop can see the relevant details.
