Children can place the six equal peg weights into eight positions along the beam and watch how each new arrangement changes the result. Moving the same weight closer to or farther from the center creates an intuitive way to explore levers, equilibrium, comparison, early addition concepts, prediction, and cause-and-effect thinking.

**Care and use**
Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not soak. Keep away from high heat and prolonged direct sunlight. Use on a stable, level surface.
